-Watermelon radish, japanese sweet potato (you can sub in any sweet potato or yam), almond, gruyere, fennel, green onion, arugula sprouts, olive oil, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. 

Rosemary Roasted Root Veg Soup

-Carrot, parsnip, garnet yam, leek, red onion, tomato paste, garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon grass, ginger, bay leaf, dried anaheim chili, lemon juice, grape seed oil, salt and pepper.

Purple Turnip Cakes Topped with Melted Leeks and Roasted Shitake Mushrooms

-Purple turnip, shallot, leeks, shitake mushroom, brown rice flour, egg, thyme, garlic, chili flake, coriander, yellow mustard seed, cumin, grape seed oil, salt and pepper.

Dessert: 

Strawberries and Whipped Cream Parfait Drizzled with Jasmine Oil and Honey

-Strawberry, heavy whipping cream, dehydrated cane juice, (Marshells Farms Orgainc Raw Local) honey, grape seed oil, jasmine leaf.
